Fall Fiesta

Posted on Sep 24 2018 - 11:00am
Troop Families,
The ST JOHN FALL FIESTA on Sunday October 7th will be a special time for our scouting and faith communities.  It will be a re-dedication of our church, fundraiser for the school, fun service opportunity for our scouts, and great visibility and recruitment opportunity for our troop.  Please plan to spend the day at the fiesta 10am-4pm, visit with friends, stroll through the beer garden, and best of all -- eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner there!! Fr. Jim has graciously arranged for the church to subsidize the food, so EVERYTHING COSTS ONLY $1...Attached is a Pre-Order Form that you may complete and submit with a check to the school or church before October 4 to secure your meal tickets!! (Or you may give to Mr. or Mrs. Rull at a troop meeting for us to deliver for you.)  Pre-orders help with meal planning, and we all know that good planning leads to a good event.
Hope to see you all there!
